Every site here was built before anyone paid for it.

I pick a real business near me, research it properly, and build the site it should have. Then I show the owner. No mockups, no lorem ipsum, no "coming soon" — working sites you can open right now.

How each one is made

I can't show you testimonials yet. I can show you the method.

Every site below went through the same four steps. It's the part most freelancers don't show, and it's the part that decides whether a site is any good.

01

Research

Their Instagram, Facebook, Foodpanda and Google listing — read properly, not guessed at. Real menu, real prices, real hours. Every fact marked confirmed or unverified, and anything unverified stays off the site.

02

Design

Each build gets a font pair, palette and layout that no earlier build used, tracked in a table so nothing repeats. If two shops on the same street ever compare, they don't see the same template twice.

03

Build

One self-contained HTML file. No page builder, no marketplace theme, no plugin stack to break or expire. It loads fast because there is nothing in it that doesn't need to be there.

04

Verify

Opened in a real browser at 1440, 960 and 390 pixels wide. Screenshots actually looked at, not assumed. Sideways-scroll bugs checked in code rather than by eye.

The work

Nine sites, live right now.

None of these were commissioned. They are spec builds — I researched the business and built the site unprompted, to show what it could look like. Where a real business is named, that business has not hired me and has no involvement. Concept builds use invented names and are marked as such.

Tumbuh Coffee websiteSpec build

Tumbuh Coffee

Café · Setia Alam Sari, Kajang

What I found: they run a recurring community programme, Usrah Tumbuh, already on its third edition — and nothing online explained what it was or how to join.

Ink black, bone and sage · Newsreader + Figtree

Ghumah Pangkin websiteSpec build

Ghumah Pangkin

Garden café · Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

What I found: 15.6K followers on Instagram and a registered Sdn Bhd — but the entire business lived inside a feed, with no page of its own.

Dark botanical and tan · Lora + Karla

BGM Burgerman websiteSpec build

BGM Burgerman

Fast food · Bangi Gateway

What I found: 13K on Facebook, founded by the man behind GTR Burger's 300+ stalls. A serious brand with a 44-item menu and nowhere to put it.

Red and yellow · Bebas Neue + Barlow

Smoky Stacks websiteSpec build

Smoky Stacks

Burger shop · Bandar Seri Putra, Kajang

What I found: 100% Australian beef, Bumiputera-owned, 1.2K on Facebook — with the menu and opening hours buried in post captions.

Dark with ember orange · Bebas Neue + Oswald

Chapo's Burger websiteSpec build

Chapo's

Burger shop · Bangi

What I found: already taking orders through a third-party system, but with no page of their own to send customers to first.

Dark with neon green · Anton + Space Grotesk

Genius Cemerlang websiteSpec build

Genius Cemerlang

Tuition centre · Kuantan, Pahang

What I found: four branches across Kuantan, with no single page a parent could use to find the nearest one.

Navy and yellow · Montserrat + Poppins

Law firm concept websiteConcept

Suria & Rakan-Rakan

Law firm concept · conveyancing-led

The constraint: built to the Legal Profession (Publicity) Rules 2025, in force 1 January 2026 — which forbid a firm publishing its fees at all. So: no prices, no statistics, no claims about outcomes.

Oxblood, stone and ivory · Libre Baskerville + Public Sans

Car air-conditioning concept websiteConcept

Aircond Kereta

Car air-con workshop concept

The idea: deliberately unbranded, so it can be shown to any workshop without them seeing a competitor's name on the demo.

Charcoal and ice cyan · Exo 2 + Inter

Salon concept websiteConcept

Studio Rambut

Salon concept · Klang Valley

The idea: a booking-led salon page for shops running entirely on Instagram DMs, where the price list and opening hours never make it out of the chat.

Noir editorial, jet black and champagne gold · Gilda Display + Manrope

Twelve more are built but not yet deployed — clinics, a spa, a florist, a bakery, a cyber café, tuition centres, a fried chicken chain and an analytics dashboard. Each has the same research and outreach notes behind it. Ask and I'll send whichever is closest to your trade.

Want one for your business?

You'll see the site before you decide anything.

That's how every project on this page started. Tell me the business and I'll research it and build the first version — then you look at it.
